Public consultation plans for development on land to the west of Hook at Owens Farm
A planning application was submitted on behalf of Wilbur Developments Limited to Hart District Council on the 26th September 2017 seeking outline planning permission for up to 700 dwellings, a 2ha site for a 1.5 form entry primary school, a 0.5 ha site for a pre-school, 245m2 retail unit, 284m2 community facility and associated vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access, car parking, drainage, open space and landscape works (all matters other than access are reserved for consideration at a later date) and full planning permission for 9.79ha of Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace and means of access.
The application was validated by Hart District Council on the 4th October 2017 and given the reference number 17/02317/OUT. All plans and documents submitted as part of the application, together with any responses received from statutory consultees and members of the public, can be found on Hart District Council’s website.
